Darwinian or Macro Evolution will not work without the magic ingredient of deep time, billions of years. For simple single cell molecules to evolve into complex living creatures like humans you would need enormous amounts of time. However, recent discoveries have concluded that there is no such thing as a simple single cell, they are all extraordinarily complex.

To promote the theory of uniformitarianism or the very slow deposition of sediment as opposed to catastrophism, the very rapid deposition of sediment as in a global flood. One of the main purposes of uniformitarianism is to rule out the Noahic global flood. Uniformitarianism states that the present is the key to the past, so if there is no global flood in the present there could not have been one in the past.

The proponents of deep time know that by destroying the truth of Genesis 1-11, they destroy the truth of the rest of the Bible. Professing to be wise, they became fools, and exchanged the glory of the incorruptible God for an image in the form of corruptible man and of birds and four- footed animals and crawling creatures.”
